Upon successfully completing training at Khairun Nesa Nursing College (KNC), students have the opportunity to secure permanent employment at any branch of Dr. Anisuzzaman Hospital. As per the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council's course curriculum, a minimum of six months of internship is mandatory for each student. Following the comprehensive examination at the end of the training, an additional year of internship at Dr. Anisuzzaman Hospitals is required, in accordance with the institution's rules. From the start of the internship, students will receive a salary based on the hospital's prescribed pay scale. It is important to note that after successfully completing the internship and final examination, students will be eligible for permanent employment, including salary, provident fund, gratuity, festival allowance, and other benefits as per the policies of Dr. Anisuzzaman Hospital.
